— The Origin

A workshop, a track day, a problem.

MoltenCore Dynamics started in a small Berlin workshop with one frustration: most aftermarket winglets meant drilling holes in your fairing. For a track-day bike, that's irreversible damage to a part that costs €1,200 to replace.

We built our first prototype as a bonded mount — premium adhesive pads, profile-tuned for the R1 RN49 fairing curve. After two seasons of track-validation across multiple riders and weather conditions, the design was ready to ship.

Today we make winglets for the Yamaha R1 RN49, Yamaha R7 and BMW S1000RR — each shape profile-tuned per platform, hand-finished in our workshop near Berlin.

— Our approach

No-drilling, no-bracket, no-compromise.

Three principles that shape every winglet that leaves the bench.

— 01

Profile-tuned per bike

Each generation rides a different airflow over the front fairing. We dial chord, sweep, and angle of attack to the specific bike — not a one-shape-fits-all template.

— 02

Bonded, not drilled

Premium mounting pads bond to the cleaned fairing surface. No holes, no rivets, no brackets. Fairing stays original. Spare pads come in the box for re-positioning.

— 03

Track-validated

Every shape rides multiple track-day seasons before the production design is signed off. Every pair gets weighed, surface-checked, and load-cycled before leaving the workshop.

Track validation detail

— Validation

From the bench
to the tarmac.

A winglet on paper is just a shape. A winglet that survives a season of track sessions in rain, sun, brake-heat and the occasional lay-down is a validated product.

We don't sign off a production run until the design has been ridden through real conditions. The wings you order have the same shape that's been on the track — not a CAD render that nobody verified.
