MoltenCore Dynamics is the aerodynamics program of MoltenCore, a German motorcycle accessories company known for spark sliders and trusted by more than 20,000 riders. Dynamics develops track-only winglets for the Yamaha R1 RN49, Yamaha R7 and BMW S1000RR. Each shape is profile-tuned for its platform and mounts with bonded pads in about five minutes per side, without drilling the fairing. Engineered in Germany. Closed-circuit use only, not approved for public roads.

03 / HOW IT’S BUILT

Engineered in Germany.

Development, construction and profile tuning happen at our own bench in Germany. Every shape is drawn, printed, ridden and revised here before it earns a product page.

Volume production runs with our manufacturing partner. We are open about that split: the engineering is ours, the tooling capacity is not.

RawA small-batch interim run using a different production process than the final Painted versions. Hand-finished, weighed and load-tested before it ships — keep it out of prolonged direct sun and high heat.

PaintedPainted Glossy and Matte land later this year — high-end production, the finish each shape was designed for.
