Aerodynamische Risiken
- Veränderte Fahrcharakteristik: Winglets erzeugen Anpressdruck am Vorderrad. Fahrverhalten kann sich bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten ändern (Lenkverhalten, Bremsverhalten).
- Wirkbereich: Aerodynamische Effekte erst ab anhaltend hohen Geschwindigkeiten (>180 km/h) relevant — bei niedrigeren Geschwindigkeiten kein nennenswerter Einfluss.
- Hand-Test: Vor jeder Session mit beiden Händen festen Druck auf jedes Winglet ausüben, um die Klebebindung zu prüfen.
- Vibrationen: Hochgeschwindigkeits-Vibrationen können die Bindung über die Zeit schwächen. Regelmäßige Inspektion erforderlich.
Montage-Sicherheit
- Oberflächenvorbereitung: Verkleidung gründlich mit Isopropanol reinigen. Keine Wachs- oder Polier-Reste.
- Positionierung: Mitgelieferte Schablone und Anleitung verwenden. Falsche Position kann Aerodynamik und Bindung beeinträchtigen.
- Aushärtungszeit: Nach Montage mindestens 24 Stunden aushärten lassen vor erster Hochgeschwindigkeits-Nutzung.
- Pre-Ride Check: Vor jeder Session visuelle und manuelle Kontrolle (Risse, gelöste Pads, Symmetrie). Bei Auffälligkeit nicht fahren.
- Geschwindigkeit: Erste 1–2 Sessions auf maximal 70% der gewohnten Pace fahren, um Bindung zu testen.
Haftung & Versicherung
- Mit Installation und Nutzung erkennt der Käufer an, dass das Produkt nicht straßenzulassungsfähig ist.
- Versicherungsschutz für Straßenunfälle kann bei installierten Winglets erlöschen — eigene Versicherung prüfen.

- Use case: Closed private property, race tracks or sanctioned track days only. Never on public roads.
- Safety gear: Full PPE required — motorcycle helmet (ECE 22.06), leather suit with protectors, motorcycle gloves and boots.
- Health: Only use when fully physically and mentally fit. Not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
- Liability: The user accepts full responsibility for all risks and possible damage.
- Experience: Use requires high-speed riding experience. Not for beginners.
Aerodynamic Risks
- Altered handling: Winglets generate downforce on the front wheel. High-speed handling characteristics may change (steering, braking).
- Effective range: Aerodynamic effects only relevant above sustained high speeds (>180 km/h) — no meaningful effect at lower speeds.
- Hand-test: Before each session, apply firm pressure with both hands to each winglet to verify the bond.
- Vibrations: High-speed vibrations may weaken the bond over time. Regular inspection required.
Installation Safety
- Surface prep: Clean fairing thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol. No wax or polish residue.
- Positioning: Use the supplied template and guide. Incorrect position may compromise aerodynamics and bond integrity.
- Cure time: Allow minimum 24 hours after installation before first high-speed use.
- Pre-ride check: Visual and manual inspection before every session (cracks, lifted pads, symmetry). Do not ride if anomalies detected.
- Speed: Ride first 1–2 sessions at maximum 70% of usual pace to validate the bond.
Liability & Insurance
- By installing and using, the buyer acknowledges the product is not road-legal.
- Insurance coverage for road accidents may be voided with installed winglets — check with your insurer.
